If I hear the evacuation alarm :

I keep calm and go to the nearest emergency exit to go the assembly point. Go fast, but do not run.

I finish my email, collect all my belongs and then go to the assembly point.

I use elevators to go out faster to the assembly point.

You will be delivered a badge at the entrance of the site:

I do not need it.

I need to keep it in my pocket and show it upon request.

It must be visible at all times.

You see this sign at the entrance of a room, what does it mean:

This would be a good idea to wear sunglasses.

It is recommended to wear safety glasses in this room.

It is mandatory to wear safety glasses before entering the room.

Safety rules must be followed by all staffs, visitors, contractors to prevent accidental event. Indicate which action you may take to avoid the risk:

Do nothing. Do not present a high risk.

Follow the instructions given to me by my host or other authorized person and respect the site-specific rules. If I have any doubt, I should ask my host.

An incident report must be completed for which of the following events:
